Chef started his sushi journey in Crested Butte, CO in 2008, after 2 years he moved to Denver, CO to attend the International Culinary School at the Art Institute.
While attending culinary school Chef rolled sushi at Sushi Hai in the Highlands and Hapa Sushi in Cherry Creek.
After Culinary School Chef returned to the Gunnison Valley to open Blackstock Bistro in 2014 where he continued to serve sushi for 5 years.
After 5 years Chef is bringing sushi back to Blackstock and to your home!
